We chat
Usually WhatsApp. I ask about your business, what's driving you crazy, and who's actually going to use this thing. No slide decks, no discovery call theater.
If the job is obviously not for me, I'll say so up front and refer you to someone better.

Written proposal + price
You get scope, a fixed price, and a timeline in writing. If you can't read it and say "yes," we revise until you can. No going over budget mid-project.

Daily updates in your portal
Every weekday, you see what got done, what's next, and any questions I need you to answer. No weekly status calls, no "I'll circle back."

Launch + optional retainer
Live when it actually works, not when the calendar says. After launch you own everything. If you want me around for updates, we go on retainer.
